Banana Blueberry Smoothie
This smoothie is delicious to start your day or a great dessert. Full of antioxidants and healthy omega 3 fats.
1 c unsweetened almond milk
1 banana
1/2 c frozen blueberries
2 dsp Vanilla Bean Raglan Coconut Yoghurt
1 rounded tsp chia seeds
1 rounded tsp ground flaxseeds.
Blend together.
