Cacao Coconut Muesli

1 c pumpkin seeds

1 c sunflower seeds

1 c buckwheat groats

2 c gluten free rice pops

2 c thread coconut

1 c raw almonds - chopped into small pieces

4 level T organic raw cacao powder

6 level T pure maple syrup

4 level T extra virgin coconut oil

Toast at 170’C for 10-15 minutes or til lightly toasted.

Enjoy with unsweetened almond milk or other plant milk and fruit.

Store in an airtight container.
