Breakfast Smoothie Bowl

Banana, cacao and cherry smoothie with toasted muesli, orange, feijoa and kiwifruit

A delicious, nutritious and filling breakfast that will make breakfast your favourite meal of the day!

With whole carbohydrates, quality protein and healthy omega 3 fats it is a great start to the day.

And a great start to get your phytonutrient and antioxidant requirements from eating the colours of the rainbow - red (cherry), orange (gold kiwi & orange), yellow (banana), green (feijoa).

Steps:

1. Make your choice of smoothie using plant milk, fruit, and seeds of your choice.
Suggestions:

  • Banana and Berry

  • Cacao and Cherry

  • Banana, Peach and Passionfruit

  • Green Smoothie

2. Pour smoothie into a bowl. (Smoothie recipes are available in the recipe file.)

3. Spoon toasted muesli over one side of bowl. I used Cacao, Coconut Muesli in this picture. (The recipe is in the recipe file.)

4. Top with seasonal fruit of your choice.

5. Relax and enjoy.
